How do you handle bulk shipping and logistics?
We offer tiered shipping rates based on order volume. For wholesale orders exceeding 500 lbs, we utilize LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight shipping to ensure safe delivery and cost efficiency.
Do you offer samples before placing a wholesale order?
Yes, we offer sample packs for verified businesses. Please contact our sales department with your business credentials to request a curated selection of our top-selling freeze-dried goods.
Are your products non-GMO and organic?
We source a wide variety of ingredients, including certified organic and non-GMO options. Specific certifications are listed on each product page and provided in the technical data sheets upon request.
What is your return policy for wholesale food items?
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food products once they have left our facility. However, if there is a quality issue or shipping damage, please notify us within 48 hours for a full replacement or credit.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and wire transfers. For established wholesale partners, we also offer Net-30 payment terms subject to a successful credit application.
